Thai-Cambodian Border Dispute

Every time i take a look at our soldier in this picture, its make me very angry with our Govts leader for neglected did not taken good care of them! Our soldier look so poor?..no uniforms wearing properly? some of them wore sandle, slipper? carrying rusted rifles? our soldier guns did not fire..? because of too rusted..???? I urge our Govts to open their eyes and start to do something? upgarding our military with modern weapons...
